Transfers

Partners can provide customers with transfer options through ACH transfers and internal transfers. ACH transfers allow sending to pre-added payees or receiving funds from external accounts linked via Finicity or Plaid. Internal transfers enable personal and business customers to move funds between their own accounts, while only business customers can transfer to other Netevia users.

As a partner, you can enable your customers to make transfers, which supports both ACH transfers and internal transfers within Netevia. These options provide seamless financial management for both personal and business accounts.

ACH Transfers

Customers can make ACH transfers to and from external accounts. The two key transfer types are:

  • Sending Transfers Out: Customers can send ACH transfers to external accounts, but only to payees that have been added. Payees can be manually added using the specified API or by linking external financial accounts through Finicity or Plaid.
  • Receiving Transfers In: Customers can transfer funds from external accounts into their Netevia account, but only if the external account is connected through Finicity or Plaid.

Internal Transfers

Internal transfers within Netevia are available for both personal and business customers with specific functionalities:

  • Between Own Accounts: Both personal and business customers can easily transfer funds between their own financial accounts within Netevia.
  • To Other Netevia Customers: This option is exclusively available for business customers, allowing them to transfer funds directly to another Netevia user's account.

These transfer capabilities provide customers with the flexibility and convenience to manage their funds efficiently within and outside of the Netevia platform.
