Banking Card

Partners can offer customers three types of banking cards: Physical, Virtual, and Burner cards. Regardless of customer type, standard management tools include card lock/unlock, reissue, PIN settings, order tracking, transaction viewing, and spending limit adjustments. Naming conventions for the cards may vary between business and personal customers, ensuring relevance and clarity.

As a partner, you can offer your customers access to various types of banking cards, regardless of whether they are business or personal customers.

There are three primary types of cards available:

  • Physical Card: A tangible plastic card that can be shipped directly to the customer’s address.
  • Virtual Card: A digital card that exists solely online and can be used for transactions without a physical counterpart.
  • Burner Card: A temporary card that can be activated for a maximum period ending at the end of the following month. Customers can customize specific parameters for these cards based on their needs.

It’s important to note that the naming conventions for these cards may vary between business and personal customers, ensuring clarity and relevance for each user type.

Additionally, customers have access to standard card management tools, which enhance their experience and provide control over their banking cards. Some of these tools include:

  • Card Lock/Unlock: Customers can temporarily disable their cards for security.
  • Reissue Cards: They can request a new card if needed.
  • Set PIN: Customers can establish or change their card PIN for security.
  • View Order Status: They can track the status of their physical card orders.
  • Order Physical Card: Customers can request a physical card if they currently only have virtual options.
  • View Card Transactions: Customers can monitor their transaction history for each card.
  • Set Spending Limits: They have the option to impose limits on their spending to manage their budgets effectively.

By integrating these features, partners can provide a comprehensive banking card experience that meets the diverse needs of both personal and business customers.
