The Boarding section acts as a tool for partners, providing access to customer information such as addresses, emails, phone numbers, financial accounts, transactions, and banking cards. Partners can view this data, set limits, and perform actions to manage customer activities efficiently.

The Boarding section serves as a comprehensive tool for partners to manage and view detailed information about all customers—whether they are business or personal customers. Through this section, partners can access a full range of customer data, including:

  • Addresses: Both business and personal addresses.
  • Contact Information: Emails and phone numbers associated with the customer.
  • Financial Accounts: A list of all financial accounts, including external accounts added via Plaid or Finicity.
  • Transactions: Complete visibility into all customer transactions.
  • Banking Cards: A summary of all customer banking cards (Physical, Virtual, and Burner), including basic information and card status.

In addition to viewing this data, partners can perform key actions to manage customer activities:

  • Set Limits: Partners can set various limits on financial accounts or cards, such as spending limits or limits for the number of financial accounts
  • Take Actions: Perform actions such as card lock/unlock, reissue requests, or transaction reviews.
