Sign In
The Sign In section allows customers to securely access their accounts using a username and password, with options for multi-factor authentication (MFA) or biometric login (face and touch ID). Customers can reset their password or recover their username if needed. This applies to both personal and business customers.
As a partner, you can allow your customers to sign in through the [Sign In API]. The process applies to both business and personal customers, with specific security requirements:
- Username: Must consist of a minimum of 6 characters.
- Password: Must be at least 8 characters long and include:
- 1 digit
- 1 lowercase letter
- 1 uppercase letter
- 1 special character

For added security, customers can also enable MFA (2FA) authentication during the sign-in process. Additionally, biometric authentication options, such as face and touch ID, can be offered for quick and secure sign-ins.
In the event of forgotten credentials, customers can:
- Reset their password.
- Recover their username.
These features are available to ensure a secure and user-friendly experience for both business and personal customers, fully customizable within your own application.
