Sign up

The Sign Up section guides business and personal customers through account creation. Business customers are required to provide information such as legal name, DBA, EIN, and details of the authorized person and up to 4 owners. Personal customers need to submit personal details, including their SSN.

As a partner, you can sign up both business and personal customers via the Sign Up API. The sign-up process involves different requirements depending on the type of customer:

For business customers, you need to provide:

  • Main business details, such as legal name, DBA, and EIN.
  • Information about the primary authorized person.
  • Details for up to 4 owners of the business. If there are more than 4 owners, only the first 4 need to be submitted.

For personal customers, you are required to submit:

  • Main customer information, including SSN.

Once the required information is gathered and submitted, you can integrate this process into your own platform:

  • Display sign-up options within your native application or web interface.
  • Set up automated reminders for incomplete sign-ups through email or notifications.
  • Enable customer support teams to assist in completing sign-ups during direct interactions.
